We partnered with Allconnect when they were experiencing rapid growth and needed both scalability and fast delivery of new ways to market their services. We collaborated to leverage their product information management system (PIM) to design, provide product management, implement, and operate the following projects:
- New Allconnect.com website with a fresh look accompanied by an intuitive search platform to help potential customers navigate home services, including complex search algorithms, comparison tools, and recommendations on how to save money that delivered solid usability testing and market results.
- A private label platform to enable retailing of their services by their brick & mortar retail, service provider, and aligned business partners.
- A realtor portal to help real estate agents support their buyers with detailed information on setting up their home services.
- A unique customer qualification tool to help their sales team present personalized offers to a customer based on geography and demographics.
- An employee recruitment website to help fill in demand roles.
- Geo-centric microsites for over 200 Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs), using a hybrid private
- cloud/public cloud deployment to reduce the costs of resource consumption in the public cloud.
