David Weekley homes encompass the best construction methods and are designed to match their buyers tastes and lifestyles. David Weekly wanted to feature the ability to make your new David Weekley home your own and highlight what makes a David Weekley home different in every stage of construction. To accomplish this, we created an interactive kiosk for all of their sales locations.
These kiosks are in all their communities and they support the sales team by providing the latest information about available homes. Placed in the kitchen of a model home, they enable prospective buyers to get information immediately even if the sales team is busy or if they are not yet ready to engage with a sales associate, key when it comes to engaging millennials.
The kiosk is also used as part of the interactive discussion between a prospective buyer & sales associate, presenting nearby shopping & schools on a map, along with a large view of floor plans and home options. This avoids the awkward shuffling & searching of papers by the sales reps.
